The problem i have is the following i installed matrix field after publisher. it all looks ok at first sight
expect when changing language the matrix Add-row is hidden! yet on the default language it works as it should
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. publisher installed
2. then install matrix
3. create new matrix field with no maximum number of rows
4. Create entry
5. Default language you could add as many rows as you like
6. Other languages take whatever rows from the default language but the add/remove options are hidden
i turned Preference off and on but that didn’t change the behavior

I wasn’t able to replicate this locally. Check your JS console for possible errors. Did you try this in a clean EE sandbox with only Publisher and matrix installed?
