This seems very odd to me, but variables & snippets are not parsing in the CSM error message / template.
I’m using layouts, but I tried also with just placing the layout code in the CSM template, same issue so I was able to rule that out.
If you try to submit the form here without filling in any data, you’ll get the error page:
http://truewest.nextmp.net/contact
This same template loads correctly when it’s a 404 error message though, very odd…
Any ideas?

What is the deal with submit.action in your URL? Are you sure your CSM settings are correct? Can you take a screenshot of your settings page?

I logged in and took a look. Nothing looks out of the ordinary. What type of form is it? Native EE form or a 3rd party module? Did you try disabling all other add-ons and leave only CSM enabled to see if the same thing happens?
