Ticket: using shared_ prefix causes snippet not to display

Dec 09, 2014Hiya,
I have a 4 site EE MSM set up.
Snippet folder structure looks pretty typical.
snippets
—shared
——terms.html
—site1
——head.html
—site2
I want to display a shared snippet in all 4 sites using this tag:
{snippet:shared_terms}
Using the tag above displays the unparsed tag name “{snippet:shared_terms}”
However using {snippet:terms} without the shared_ prefix correctly parses the tag
Any idea what could be the cause?
Thanks,
Mike

Can you attach a screenshot of your exp_snippets table and attach it too?

Sure thing. Edited the ticket and attached.

I don’t see a terms snippet in that table anywhere. Only privacy policy has a site_id of 0, which means all sites.
It may be a couple days before I can look into this, kind of swamped this week.
