May 28, 2013publisher_status in exp_publisher_category_posts was was set to 0 for all my existing entries after installing Publisher.
This caused the category selection to not be reflected in the edit screen. Setting them all to open in the DB fixed it.
Glad I caught it now before there were any draft changes, though!

Ah, looks like a variable was not renamed properly from the big find and replace I did awhile back. Sorry about that. Glad you caught it, and its fixed for the next release.
