Feb 08, 2013Hi There,
I’m not able to access CSM settings in the admin so I’m unable to set any controls or really use the extension. When I click on the settings link, it just goes to the login.
The settings link is pointing to: http://mysite.com/admin.php?S=0&D=cp&C=addons_extensions&M=extension_settings&file=system_messages
I don’t have any errors in my js console, and I’m able to access all other extension settings just fine.
Any ideas on this?

Hi Jessica. This is a new issue I’ve yet to see. What other add-ons do you have installed? Are you sure the file is executable? Make sure it has 655 permissions.

Also, the CP login in the ticket details doesn’t seem to let me in.
