I looks like the pages module doesn’t output a channel_id get param when linking to a pages edit entry screen. This causes Blueprints to throw the “Please define a default template for the channel in the Pages module configuration.” error. Please note the lack of a channel name in the error.
See Line 16 of expressionengine/modules/pages/views/index.php
See Line 186 of ext.blueprints.php where blue prints is querying the DB using the channel_id that has no value.
