OTOH we have a freeform that posts to a zapier webhook in order to integrate with our CRM. It seems spammers are sending forms directly to the webhook, as it’s url is visible in plain HTML code and bypassing freeform altogether. Will snaptcha help with that? any idea? we have done country blocks at firewall level for the worst offenders and are filtering by language in zapier but well, if it could be improved that would be good.

No, it won’t help in that case b/c Snaptcha just protects the form submission itself.
