Aug 16, 2023On my local dev copy of our site, we have DataGrab 3.0.4 which appears to be functioning correctly (I can click through all options etc). I have installed DataGrab 5.0.5 alongside this version to upgrade in the way described in the docs but if I click on the installed DataGrab 5.0.5 (or cog + settings) I get the following error shown in the attached screenshot. I have tested using PHP 8 instead of 7.4 but the same error persists. Please can you help?

Do you have a column called import_status in the exp_datagrab table? Can you share a screenshot of the columns in your exp_datagrab table? Sounds like an update didn’t run.

Well, that screenshot is cutting off some of the columns so I can’t tell what is there. The “Structure” tab would reveal them all.
Regardless, you might have to uninstall and re-install. Somewhere along the way an update wasn’t performed correctly, and the status column was supposed to have been added in a version a long, long time ago before I owned it.

Thanks Brian, yes it looks like there are quite a number of database fields missing on my version. I will uninstall and reinstall.
