Apr 19, 2023Hello Brian
We keep getting errors like this when trying even very simple imports with DG
21:16:03 04/18/2023 Begin Importing [Departure 140979]
21:16:03 04/18/2023 [Departure 140979] is a new entry
21:16:04 04/18/2023 Import error with entry Departure 140979 with the channel_id field: Invalid Selection
21:16:04 04/18/2023 Begin Importing [Departure 139195]
21:16:04 04/18/2023 [Departure 139195] already exists. Updating.
21:16:04 04/18/2023 Import error with entry Departure 139195 with the channel_id field: Invalid Selection
Also the settings in DB have correct channel ID
a:5:{s:6:“import”;a:4:{s:4:“type”;s:3:“csv”;s:7:“channel”;s:3:“109”;s:5:“limit”;s:2:“10”;
We can give you SFTP access if you have an IP we can whitelist.
We did try to switch license (added to wrong site - we’re on the Schools MSM). but I can’t remove the license from this site - and apply to another.
Happy to pay for support and/or more licenses (we definitely need 2 licenses in the short term, 4 in the long term)
Thanks, Liam

Are you sure the channel you’re trying to import to exists? Have you tried re-creating your import from scratch?

Can you share an example of your import file? This doesn’t have anything to do with the license.

The build in the next comment should fix it without having to do whatever work around you implemented. It was not performing a query correctly, but now it has the site_id in the query so its should find the correct channel data for the import.
