Wyvern doesn’t come packaged with ck editor, so you can upgrade at any time.

When I installed ckeditor 4, the editor would not appear in the Publish page.

FYI—ckeditor 4.0 final shipped today. However I can’t even get ckeditor 3 to work, so I’ll have to create a separate ticket…

FYI—When I have ckeditor 4.0 installed, the error I get is:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘add’ of undefined skin.js:6
