When creating a new translation of an entry it defaults to showing the default language version of the URL Title even after the user types in a new/translated Title value. EE sees this as an existing entry, so it’s JS doesn’t automagically update it for us. Either need to get Publisher to trigger that JS when editing a translation for the first time before it is saved, or add a button next to each field to click to update it so the user does not have to manually type out the url-title-value in the field.
