Do you currently offer any level of support for Wygwam, Matrix and Playa fields used with RTL languages?

I tested RTL with Wyvern, also CKeditor based. Basically each EE custom field will have the dir attribute added to it, if the fieldtype respects that value then yes RTL will work in the fieldtype. I just tested Matrix, and it isn’t changing the direction in its textareas and inputs. Not sure if this is a Publisher issue or Matrix, but I can look into it.

Also, Playa just assigns relationships, no need for text directions.

I think this is a Matrix issue. It has ltr hard coded into its settings and there is actually a line commented out in the column settings for text direction:

I’ll post a bug over at their support forums.

I’m going to close this b/c I’m pretty sure this should be handled in Matrix and its child fieldtypes.
