Hi support,

I’ve just installed the latest version of Datagrab into our EE website and I’m seeing a few errors while creating a new import and when trying to save the import, I also see a few errors and I’m not sure how to solve this.
Step 1 of creating a new import goes well;
Step 2 is showing an error at the top;
Step 3 also shows an error at the top of the page;
Step 4 does not load any Datagrab page but just shows a few errors on the page;

I hope the information I provided would be a good start to solve this issue.
Hope to hear back from you soon!

I’m not sure if the ini_set error is causing the other errors, but that is a server setting you’ll need to change. I’ll get back to you on the other errors today.

Hi,

I was able to get the ini_set() errors resolved with the help of our hosting provider. This resolved all the errors shown in step 2 and a few in step 3. I made new screenshots of these errors and attached them to this ticket. Perhaps this will help to further investigate the issue.

Hope to hear back from you soon!

That video is too low quality, I can’t read anything from it. Please send screenshots of the relevant error messages.

Ok, so I was able to change the video quality in Dropbox, for some reason it defaulted to the lowest, which I couldn’t read. It looks like you didn’t define any custom fields? Just the title and categories?

Glad it’s working for you now. Yes, it’ll work with all the upcoming versions. The changes I sent you will be included in the next official release of DataGrab.
