I do have another Plugin Rocket 1.4 ... I see that this doesn’t work with Publisher on a Multilinugual setup as achieved with Publisher and Domain Control. Whatever language is triggered first goes into the cache.
The Question now is: Does your Speedy work with Publisher on a multilingual subdomain setup?

Yes it should work. You may need to use the url_prefix parameter. https://docs.boldminded.com/speedy/docs/tags
Since it’s a sub-domain it may also require some finessing of the .htaccess file to handle the redirects.
