Am I missing a way to view all entries with open drafts from within the Control Panel? If not, I guess this is a feature request to be able to see and filter by all entries where there are outstanding future drafts waiting approval.

No there isn’t a way to view a list like this in the Entry Manager. I’ll explore it in the future but only for EE 6. There should be a “Pending Approvals” navigation item in the Publisher settings page.

Ah yep thank you for this. The Pending Approvals menu item only appears when there is something pending, so I hadn’t spotted it - partially because I was using channel form and that wasn’t triggering an approval process. The docs imply that it should be possible but I think a line of code is missing with how to actually do it:

Are you able to confirm the hidden field to add to submit a channel form entry for approval?

I think the field name is just “send_approval” with the value of “y”

The approvals list will become more front and center when EE 6 Pro is released. It’ll have dashboard widgets where I can display approvals instead of hiding them in the Publisher settings, which is the only real place I can display it right now.
