parent bloq set to “Nesting Restrictions” set to “Can only be root”, “Can have children?” - enabled and all blocks values set to 0
child bloq set to “Nesting Restrictions” set to “Can’t be root and must be a child of another block”, “Parents” set to parent bloq above, “Can have children? - enabled and all blocks values set to 0

Did you enable nesting on the field itself? The block rules can be set, but if the field they’re in is not set to allow nesting then it won’t work.
