Ticket: It doesn’t load channel videos even if toggled on

When first loading the screen to add a video from YouTube, even if the “Show videos from this user or channel on load?” setting is checked in settings, the channel videos don’t load (instead it loads some default YouTube videos).

If you toggle the “search only in channel” toggle off and back on again it works fine, but on initial page load it doesn’t load the channel videos.

If helpful, I haven’t got a user id set, only a channel id.

Can you add &reel_debug=1 to the entry page, and reload it, then open the Reel modal? You should see a bunch of debugging info at the bottom of the modal. Share a screenshot of that. Or, you can check the Network tab in your browser dev tools and see what the URL is when the Ajax request is made.

Yep no problem. It goes off the screen a bit so a screenshot is difficult but here is what is returned:

Model
{"__properties":{"perPage":25,"pageNum":1,"page":null,"user":null,"channel":null,"firstPageToken":null,"nextPageToken":"CBkQAA","prevPageToken":null,"totalResults":1000000,"totalPages":40000,"embedUrl":"https://www.youtube.com/embed/{{videoId}}?rel=0&wmode=opaque&hd=1"}}

Hope that helps?

Sorry missed the Requests section (probably the most helpful)!

Requests
https://domain.co.uk/?ACT=128&q=&page;=&perPage=25

But if I then toggle off and back on this happens:

https://domain.co.uk/?ACT=128&q=&page;=&perPage=25
https://domain.co.uk/?ACT=128&q=&page;=&perPage=25
https://domain.co.uk/?ACT=128&q=&page;=&perPage=25&channel=UCohbKRZG2Vmhcg9sJWkSsdw

Yep, that’s fixed it - thank you!
