Sep 10, 2020When an entry does not have a default language translation, but does have a non-default language translation, Publisher seems to be setting the default View state to draft, thus it may look like an entry’s content isn’t present. In this case, Bloqs data was not showing correctly.
Steps to replicate:
Create new entry in non-default language.
Open entry in default language, observe content may not be present (test with Bloqs).
Publisher’s Default view state = Open, and Default save status = Open

Closing. Expected behavior. Content fallback does not work if the default language does not have content but a non-default language does. If 2 non-default languages have content but the default language does not, then how do you determine which one to show when displaying the default language of the entry? There is no clean way around this.
