Hi there.

I recently purchased Bloqs - works great, but I’m constantly getting redirected to the license page for the product. I saw this posted elsewhere in the support section but didn’t see a fix other than posting a message myself.

Can you help with this?

Did you purchase from me or ee.com? If the later did you claim your license? Post a comment and mark it private with the license you’re trying to use.

I purchased it through EE. I thought I had claimed it, but I just did it again. Is there anything else I need to do?

It’s showing the license as valid now, so you shouldn’t get anymore redirects. Just to be safe though you can clear your cache folder, or delete the bloqs_last_ping file in the cache folder.
