Nov 12, 2019Hi, My Reel addon has stopped finding videos, I have tried everything from user only, URL and search terms and the model shows no results? I am using Reel V1.3.2 I think as it is a version you sent me via PM through support as 1.3.1 was not working with Fluid. I cant download latest version as ran out of time.

Also I get no results if I use Reel in a Bloqs field or standalone. Please this is now getting very urgent as client needs to add video and I dont want to have to use channel videos again.

Hi there. If your license has expired you need to renew it before I can assist you. Once you renew, and if you’re still having problems, you’ll need to provide a lot more information for me to help.
For example describe in detail what you’re searching for, if you get any javascript errors in your console, inspect your browser’s Network tab and see what the response is for the ajax request to see if there is an error. You also said it stopped finding videos… did it work before? If so what changed recently? Are you 100% sure your api credentials to YouTube and Vimeo are correct? Sending screenshots or videos of what you’re seeing helps too, especially if there is an error message in your console or one of the ajax responses.
