Brian,

No publish layouts are visible in channels using the same field group. Publish layouts are visible in other channels, using a different field groups . As I’m not using any fancy fields I can hardy believe that one of those is creating the issue.

This is the JS error though while editing an entry:
“Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #” / file query.js / error on row 106

Fields used: file / Text input / P&T switch / P&T checkboxes / Textarea / Wyvern / Matrix: using text and StructureFrame field.

Screenshot from an entry without publish layouts + error attached.

Appreciate a quick reaction

Rob

Which channel and entries were you editing to get this error?

I can see the error, but it looks like a live site so I don’t want to make changes. Can you create a test entry in a channel that is working, and a test entry in the channel that does not work so I can edit them freely without affecting the live site.

Rob, is there a development environment somewhere I can debug in? The JS error appears on one channel, but not another. The field groups are different, naturally the first thing I want to do is disable or remove fields one by one to see if they are causing the error, then uninstall Blueprints to see if the error still occurs on that page. Basically the error is so cryptic that reducing the JS on the page is really the only way to determine what is throwing the error.

I want to help you get this fixed, but there just isn’t much debugging I can do since this is a live site I’m looking at.

Also, what add-on is showing the developer info box in the upper left corner of the site?
