We currently have your Bloqs add-on, and the applicable licence number for it.
But we have had a number of changes in staff since the original purchase and cannot find login details to download the latest version, and also to renew the licence that expires.
Would you be able to help?

Hi, Daniel. Can you post the license number, current account name or email address, and the account email address you would like the license to be assigned to in a private comment? Once I have that information I can assign it to the new account.
