Description:
I am trying to use this plugin to send authorized previews. When the email comes through to admins however the view preview button is blank. I logged the output and found that the previewUrl variable in the array is empty.

Here is the variable it should have: $lastSavedEntry[‘previewUrl’];
But it is null.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Install plugin
2. Configure authorized preview settings
3. Save and as for authorization

Hi, Tanya. Try upgrading to 2.9 first to see if it fixes the issue.

I haven’t logged into your CP yet b/c I’m waiting for you to upgrade Publisher, but if I need to, what channel and more specifically what entry id should I be looking at that does not work? Have you tried this with multiple channels and entries and experienced the same thing?

There are no javascript errors in the editor. Is there any chance we could get on a call to accelerate this?

I’m sorry but I don’t do support over the phone, and when I work on the tickets is subject to my free time (outside of my day job and family time). If you edit the ticket and add FTP credentials (please double check that the user can edit files in the addons directory) I can try to take a look at this tonight.

Your CP shows Publisher 2.8.3 build b51cfeed is what is installed, not 2.9. Did you revert to the old version or did the add-on files not get correctly updated?
