Hi Brian. Is there a list available to see what ACT ID’s are available so I know which ones I can use to create templates for? Is there any video tutorials on how this is used?

You’ll have to look at the exp_actions table. You don’t need a template for each action, usually 1 template can be defined as a default and can handle most, if not all, your message pages. The ACT ID option is if you want to have a specific template for a specific action, which trumps the default template.
