I found i needed to use the ID of the block. Because the {blocks:count} and {blocks:index} are not unique.
I founded that i can add the following rule in the file system/user/addons/bloqs/libraries/EEBlocks/Controller/TagController.php on line 625 of the method getContextVariables()
$vars[‘blocks:id’] = $context->getBlockId();
Hope you can add this in the upcoming release so i dont have to add this every time when i update the module.
