I’m working for a client on their EE 3.0 site. There are custom modules in place so I am unable to upgrade their EE version to 3.5. Is there a different version of Publisher I could swap for that supporting 3.0 ??

If you’re already on 3, upgrading to 3.5 should be trivial. There shouldn’t be any custom code so specific to 3.0 that it can’t be moved to 3.5. Your best bet is to figure out how to upgrade (regardless if you’re using Publisher or not) otherwise you’re technical debt is going to keep mounting and you’ll be in a much worse place months or a few years from now. Once you upgrade the current version of Publisher should work just fine. I can’t provide an older version of Publisher for that version, sorry.
