Updated from 2.7.10 to 2.8 and tried to edit Categories. Then getting this error message:

Sorry, we could not find the item you are trying to access in the system.
URL: cp/channels/cat/cat-list/1

My navigation looks like this and does not show the categories anymore:

 

  • {phrase:firma}

                    {exp:channel:categories channel="firma" style="linear" show_empty="no"}              
    • {category_name}
      •               {/exp:channel:categories}            

    • Any idea?

    Can you provide CP login so I can take a look? (edit the ticket and add login creds in the fields provided)

    it also looks like you created 3 of the same ticket, so I deleted the others.

    Thanks - this makes the categories editable again. Even they are translated the status looks like ‘not translated’ - but it’s a detail.

    The navigation still doesn’t work. It did with 2.7.10

    The categories have always been editable, you just have to go to Developer > Categories in the main menu. Publisher is just linking to native EE pages, they aren’t anything special and never went away, the links were just incorrect for 4.x

    By navigation you mean this tag?
