Hi,

I created an entry on my second site of a MSM installation. Everything is saving (as I can see the content into the website) but when I go back to edit the entry, the fields are empty (same issue on both languages).

Have you ever experienced this? Do you know how to solve it?

Thanks in advance.

This only happens in the CP? What about he front end? Does the content show up on the second site on the front end?

Yes, only in the CP for the second site. The content shows up on the second site on the front end.

I am unable to replicate this. Can you provide more information… what fields specifically are not showing data? Is it text fields, Relationship, Grid etc? Does this happen to all entries or just new ones or when you edit existing ones? The next comment will have a link to the latest build. Try it. If it still doesn’t work then you’ll need to replicate this in a clean EE environment with only Publisher installed, no other add-ons, before I can look into it further.

Any fields, on new and existing ones.

The last build didn’t resolve the issue.

Grrrr I cannot replicate the issue on a fresh install… that should be specific to my install (however pretty bare) but don’t know where to look…

Try backing up your database, uninstall Publisher, then reinstall it and see if the issue happens on the second site still.

It seems to work since I uninstalled publisher and reinstall it (fingers crossed)… I had to recreate all the phrases, I hope I won’t have to do this each time I add another site to the installation because it costs too many times.

Do you have an idea on what could has caused the issue?

No I don’t know what would cause that. I’ll double check the install code but I don’t think it’s site specific in a way that it wouldn’t migrate content from additional sites.

Going to go ahead and close this then since its not a re-produceable bug at this point.
