Hi, Luca. I’m going to need more information before I can help you. I can’t just “fix” what isn’t working. You’ll need to describe in detail the situation you’re encountering… include screenshots or videos, urls (is it not working in the EE control panel or on the front-end of the site?)

Also, be sure you’ve reviewed the docs in full. http://docs.boldminded.com/publisher

First thing first, you’re several versions out of date. Grab the latest 2.7.10 release.

I have not had a chance to look into it yet, sorry.

You haven’t created any template translations in Publisher. It won’t automatically translate “about-us” b/c it doesn’t know what to translate it to.

I’m not really sure what else to tell you. Its working fine for me locally, and its working fine on a couple of other sites I manage. You removed the CP info from the ticket so I can’t login to your control panel anymore. Here is a video of it working: https://d.pr/i/B5lGoP

Sorry, I forgot I closed the ticket which removed your CP info. If you add it back I can take another look, but I’m pretty certain this is not a bug. You do have URL Translations enabled, right?

Before I can look into this further you’ll need to provide FTP access so I can debug the files, but to do that the site needs to be on a dev or staging domain, I won’t login to production sites to debug. Do you have a dev or staging site setup that I can login to?

BoldMinded (Brian)

The dev/staging site you setup, first setup a clean install of EE with only Publisher installed, then see if the issue still persists. If it does not, then we know its something unique about your current site.

Also please use the version linked in the next comment. Its the latest build.

Ok. So I add German as a language option, then added a template translation for about-us and it works. See https://www.novaverta.it/de/test

So that tells me the translation part itself is working, and I suspect there is something unique about your site that is causing a problem. Use the build in the next comment. It doesn’t have any direct affect on the bug, but it includes a small fix that does not show the default language in the Template Translations page.

Also run this query on your database to reset the template translations, and try entering the translation again to see if about-us translates properly this time.
