Hi

As I wrote in the title I cannot see any translation status for the languages in the phrases.
The languages are existing under ‘languages’.

Any idea?
Thanks

What does it look like when you click on the Translations button?

#2

Verve -Webdesign und Grafik

I see the translaton status is missing on all the phrases. But showing the fields normally when clicking the translations button. But the languages are missing one field for translation.

How many languages does your site have?

Also, does it do that only for the Languages phrase group or all phrase groups?

It sounds like some data got messed up, but I can’t speculate as to how. Are you able to provide CP access? If so edit the ticket again and enter the info there.

Did you try to do anything like rename the Languages phrase group, or create a new Languages phrase group after deleting the original?

#11

Verve -Webdesign und Grafik

I tried to rename the group - but did not change anything. Have not deleted the languages group and made a new one.

I will update the ticket with the necessary infos in a minute.

I’m not sure how it happened, but there are two rows missing from a table. Backup your DB then run this query and I think it’ll fix the issue.

INSERT INTO `exp_publisher_phrase_data` (`phrase_id`, `site_id`, `lang_id`, `status`, `edit_date`, `edit_by`, `is_auto`, `phrase_value`)
VALUES
 (1, 1, 2, 'open', 1516357146, 1, 13, 'English'),
 (2, 1, 2, 'open', 1516357146, 1, 13, 'German');

You’re welcome. The translation statuses aren’t showing still though, and I’m not sure why.

#15

Verve -Webdesign und Grafik

Yes, I see but I it’s ok for the moment… 😊

Would it be possible for you to provide FTP access to a dev environment, then maybe I can see what is unique about your site and why its not showing the translation statuses.

Hi Brian Have the same problem in another install on EE4.

How should I fix it? Last time you sent me a query command (see comment #12)

Thanks Res

#23

BoldMinded (Brian)

You’ll need to find out which rows are missing from the table and alter that query.

Hi Brian I am working now with Publisher 2.7.10 and its still the same with the translation of the languages.

I have to find out manually which rows are missing and then do an sql query. But I am not shure how to do this and I am not used to do this. Can you send me a build where this is fixed? Thanks

Can you edit the ticket and re-add your CP login to check something out?

I’ve made some improvements to phrase and category translations for the 2.8 release. So closing out this ticket.
