Just want to make sure the vendor folder was copied in its entirety and has a composer folder inside of it.

The vendor folder was copied and it has the composer folder inside.

I uninstalled and re-installed your new files and now I get a different error?

Fatal error: Class ‘Basee\Updater’ not found in /system/user/addons/bloqs/upd.bloqs.php on line 112

Have you tried this on a different server?

#8

Luke Jennings

I haven’t but we are using our clients server which we have to use, do you think it’s server related as we are using other plugins without any issues?

I’m not sure at this point. Composer isn’t loading the classes, which isn’t an issue for me locally, or any other customers at the moment, so its something specific to your server, but I’m not sure what. Testing on a different server, or local environment, may be helpful b/c if it works elsewhere, then we can focus on what the issue is with that server.

I’ve tried installing just using my local version but connecting to the dev servers db and the install worked fine.

If I then l then look back at the dev site I get the same HookExecutor error.

I wonder if another add-on could be causing an issue, which I’ll look into?

I suppose that may be possible. Backup your DB and uninstall other addons to see if it works.

It now seems to be working so looks like a addon conflict issue, thanks for your help.

At this point I’d restore the db and then uninstall each addon one at a time to determine which one is the issue. If you can do that then I’ll try to replicate it locally and see if I can fix it.

Were you able to determine which add-on is conflicting?

BoldMinded (Brian)

Luke, just checking in on this. Any updates?
