I apologize if this is in the docs as I was unable to find anything.

Can there be multiple emails in the “Approval email reply-to” field? If yes, would these be separated by commas?

Yep, comma separated list should work.

Thank you, I will update if we have any issues.

When having multiple email addresses within the field it does not send the emails for approval at all. Below is how the field was formatted I just removed the real domain:

marketing@yourdomain.com, sshillingburg@yourdomain.com, cfoltz@yourdomain.com, krose@yourdomain.com

If I do one email address, however, it works again.

James, I thought you were referring to the Approval email list when I first read this, and that field has checkboxes to choose who gets the email. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the reply to field was never meant to accept multiple email addresses. If that field were to accept multiple addresses then it only makes sense that the reply-to name field would accept multiples as well. I’m not sure I want to make changes to the behavior of those fields. There is a publisher_approval_send hook that can be used to extend or override those emails if you want to add further customization to it.
