I’m going through the process of upgrading a client site from EE 2.3.1 to 2.5.2 and am upgrading addons before I do the EE part. I upgraded Wyvern to the latest and get this PHP warning displayed on the Fieldtype page:

Hi, Ian. Did you manually click the Run Module Updates? I moved the settings from the fieldtype section to the module. I’ve had one other report of that error but it only happens the first time after loading the Wyvern fieldtype settings page when already on the page. After upgrading there shouldn’t be anymore links to take you back to that page, instead it should take you to the module page.

I did. Seems it was while in limbo between 2.3.1 and 2.5.2. Now that I’ve finished the upgrade to EE 2.5.2 this is gone. All is well!
