Ticket: Entry titles
Status | Resolved |
Add-on / Version | Publisher Lite 2.4.2 |

EE Version | 3.5.6 |

May 10, 2017Hi,
We’re seeing similar behaviour to ticket #1421.
We have installed Publisher on an existing EE3 site (~10 - 11 months old but full updated to latest versions, and running on PHP v7.0.18) and now when editing the data in an entry (any entry) it is showing the title and url_title data from the wrong entry.
The error does not occur if Publisher 2 Lite is disabled (Add-On Manager / Publisher Configuration / General Settings / Enable Publisher = “No”), for example:
With publisher turned off, go to edit screen for entry #1461 and all the correct data is showing.
Enable publisher.
Refresh the edit screen for entry #1461, which now shows the correct data except for the title and the url_title, which are showing the data from entry #1432. This sort of error is occurring for all entries in all channels.
This is also something we have seen in previous builds of the add-on (eg Publisher Lite v2.3.0 running on PHP v5.6.30).
Hope you can help - if you need any more info please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thanks

Not EE’s Utilities section, but Publisher’s via the sidebar nav.

Using that new build seems to have solved it - database cleanup utility not required.
Thanks Brian

Sweet. Did the utility indicate that everything was good or that there were columns to be deleted?
Luke Jennings
Utility said everything was fine.
