Just for information, the issue from ticket #1412 has returned in the latest release (publisher2-241-lite-affd4bc0).
Details of error:
Fatal error: Class ‘BoldMinded\Publisher\Model\Gateway\CategoryGateway’ not found in /webroot/system/ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Service/Model/MetaDataReader.php on line 147
Same fix as before works.

So weird. I removed it from the Git repo and added it back with proper case. The latest 2.4.1 download in your account should be updated with the build in the next 5-10 minutes.
